Usually based in London, Bridget Walsh is back home in Aotearoa just in time for the release of her multifaceted future-soul project 10:32's Aequus Animus EP. Now done with all the rigmarole of NZ's quarantine requirements, Walsh will be making the most of our uniquely thriving live gig circuit with an extensive nationwide launch tour this April and May, performing in a special Aotearoa Edition of 10:32 with Tāmaki-based drummer Jess Hix. Recorded in 2020 at London’s Total Refreshment Centre with producer Lewis Mood and bandmates Lyle Barton on keys, Radovan Brtko on drums and Digby Lovatt on bass, Aequus Animus carries listeners on a multifaceted jazz-tinged journey through hazy late night grooves — elevated throughout by Walsh's transportational vocal talents and wrapping up with the fusion synth pyrotechnics of 'Hold The Fight'.
